What it tastes like
Malai rounds off jamun's dry, puckering finish, so the Fusion is the gentlest way to have jamun: still tart and deep purple, but smoother and less astringent.
Jamun has a short season, around June and July.
A Cane Fusion adds tender coconut water and soft malai to the cane. The coconut water makes it lighter and the malai makes it thicker, so jamun comes across rounder and gentler than in the Blend.
How it's made
