What it tastes like
Mangosteen is delicate, so the coconut adds body without hiding it: a light, floral, lychee-like drink with a soft creaminess underneath.
Indian mangosteen, grown in Kerala and the Nilgiris, comes in from summer into the monsoon.
A Cane Fusion adds tender coconut water and soft malai to the cane. The coconut water makes it lighter and the malai makes it thicker, so mangosteen comes across rounder and gentler than in the Blend.
