Who we are
Canefrost (operated by Think Spot), 2, Pananchaalai Street, Chinna Nolambur, Chennai 600095. These terms apply when you use the Canefrost app or order from us.
Your account
If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you create an account; by signing up you confirm they agree. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone secure; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
Orders and prices
Prices, offers, delivery fees and totals are set by us and shown before you pay. An order is confirmed only once it is paid. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a drink sells out, and then refund you in full.
Payment
All orders are prepaid by UPI, card or netbanking through our payment partner. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 20 minutes and any points used are returned.
Cancellations and refunds
Call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a paid order. If we haven't started making it, we'll cancel and refund it. If we can't make or deliver a paid order, we refund the full amount to the way you paid.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by our delivery partner (Porter) to the address and pin you give. Delivery times are estimates. Please be reachable on the phone number given for the delivery.
Canefrost Rewards
You earn points on eligible orders in the app and in store. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred and can pay up to half of a bill, and can't be used on water bottles, tender coconuts or tender coconut water. Referral points are given when your friend's first order is completed. We may change the rewards programme with notice in the app.
Our drinks
Our drinks are fresh sugarcane juice with real fruit, with no added sugar, ice, water, milk or essence. They contain natural sugars. Some contain nuts or chocolate; tell us about allergies before ordering. Nutrition values in the app are estimates.
Fair use
Don't misuse the app, try to break it, or use someone else's account or member code.
Liability
We take care to make safe, good drinks and to keep the app working, but we aren't liable for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee or that the law allows us to exclude.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
