What it tastes like
Fig and coconut malai make a rich, dessert-like pairing: the fig's caramel sweetness with the malai's soft, nutty body, loosened by tender coconut water. Think fig ice cream, but drinkable.
Fresh Indian figs are at their best from February to May.
A Cane Fusion adds tender coconut water and soft malai to the cane. The coconut water makes it lighter and the malai makes it thicker, so fig comes across rounder and gentler than in the Blend.
