Nungu and tender coconut taste alike, so this is the most coconutty Fusion: cool, jelly-soft pieces of ice apple through coconut water, malai and cane. The summer drink of Tamil Nadu, made richer.
Nungu is a Tamil Nadu summer fruit, in season from about April to June.
A Cane Fusion adds tender coconut water and soft malai to the cane. The coconut water makes it lighter and the malai makes it thicker, so ice apple comes across rounder and gentler than in the Blend.
