What it tastes like
Dragon fruit is light enough that the tender coconut comes through alongside it, so this tastes fresh and coconutty with a soft, fruity sweetness and the odd crunch of seed.
Indian-grown dragon fruit is in season from the monsoon into autumn.
A Cane Fusion adds tender coconut water and soft malai to the cane. The coconut water makes it lighter and the malai makes it thicker, so dragon fruit comes across rounder and gentler than in the Blend.
