What it tastes like
With coconut malai on top of the avocado this is the creamiest drink we make, close to a milkshake but with no milk at all. The coconut water keeps it drinkable, and the nutty notes of avocado and malai sit well together.
Indian avocados from the hills of Coorg and Wayanad come in around the monsoon.
A Cane Fusion adds tender coconut water and soft malai to the cane. The coconut water makes it lighter and the malai makes it thicker, so avocado comes across rounder and gentler than in the Blend.
How it's made
