What it tastes like
Dark and berry-sweet, with a soft tartness and a deep wine-red colour. Mulberry tastes a little like blackberry, rich but not sharp.
A Cane Blend is pressed cane and mulberry only, with nothing to soften either, so it is the most direct way to taste mulberry.
How it's made
- 1PressFresh sugarcane is washed, peeled and pressed.
- 2BlendReal mulberry goes in. That is all.
