What it tastes like
Intensely tart and perfumed, with the tropical, almost floral sourness of passion fruit and crunchy black seeds. A small amount of fruit gives a lot of flavour, so this is one of the boldest drinks we make.
A Cane Blend is pressed cane and passion fruit only, with nothing to soften either, so it is the most direct way to taste passion fruit.
How it's made
- 1PressFresh sugarcane is washed, peeled and pressed.
- 2BlendReal passion fruit goes in. That is all.
- 3BottleStraight into the bottle and sealed.
