In the app
- Open the Canefrost app and go to Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is erased straight away.
Without the app
Email contact@canefrost.com from any address with the subject "Delete my Canefrost account" and the mobile number on the account. We confirm the number with a one-time code and delete the account within 7 days.
What is erased
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email.
- Saved delivery addresses and map pins.
- Your points balance, points history and member code.
What is kept, and for how long
Order and invoice records are kept for the period Indian tax law requires, with your name and number removed. Nothing else is kept.
